Yesterday, local Don't Pay groups across the country linked up with Fuel Poverty Action and other community campaigns to hold 'warm-up' actions — occupying a space to keep warm and protest fuel poverty.
Bristol, Brighton, London, Liverpool, Glasgow and more all saw warm-up in museums sponsored by fossil fuel profiteers, energy company headquarters, shopping centres and other locations.
Don't Pay groups kept warm and spoke to members of the public about the energy bills strike:

Don't Pay East London keeping warm at Westfield Stratford.

Don't Pay Islington at the British Museum

Outside Scottish Power headquarters in Glasgow

Keeping warm in Brighton

Don't Pay Bristol holding a warm-up

Don't Pay Liverpool warming up!

Don't Pay warm-up in Manchester

No one cold this winter!
With the government only interested in maintaining the obscene profits made by energy companies, it's up to us to fight back and keep each other warm this winter.
